So I seem to be having quite a disappointing month this month with beauty boxes.  Thankfully though this one isn't a disappointing box and at £5.95 it is actually the best box that I have had for a while. Tbh though even at full rrp it is great value. Pink parcel is a period box and it includes either tampons or sanitary towels and as well as these you also get snacks and beauty items. Here is what I got in my first ever pink parcel though so you can judge for yourself how good the value of this box is.

I have to admit that when my box arrived I saw the outer box and thought it was a beautiful box but as soon as I opened it I saw the contents and that was where the festive feelings ended. How this is this the Christmas box I have no idea but to be honest as soon as I saw the contents I cancelled my subscription.

My glossybox arrived on Monday and I was really looking forward to this as it was an American product box and I love American brands so was really looking forward to it. This is my second box back, excluding my free box, and I was really hoping it was as good as the first box and luckily I wasn't disappointed. But what was in it?

Well, I finally decided to do this review. I received my last glossybox a few days ago via Royal Mail, which I hate, and I have now decided to do this review after brooding for a few days and procrastinating with my other 'projects'. I have to warn this isn't a good review so if you don't like negative nelly don't read on.

I saw this box on the moneysavingexpert.com forums and decided to go for it as the products were all high end and I really fancied the lipstick and nail varnish. I've wanted to try OPI for a while and I thought that this box would be a great way to do it as the box cost £18.95 including postage but in the meantime the OPI had been substituted and I found cut price OPI elsewhere so wasn't too fussed it had been swapped with nails inc. There were 7 products in this box and all of them had rrps of over £10 each so it was bargain and it was almost like you only paid for 2 products, if that. So what are the products in there? The first two products in the box are from Pecksniff and are a hand and body lotion and a bath and shower gel in the scent 'CALM'. To my nose I can smell cinnamon and they are unisex and both me and my hubby love the smell of the hand lotion.
