Premae beauty box

Since I fell in love with the triumph moisturising creme balm from Premae and have very good memories of using their harmony serum so I couldn't resist buying their Premae donna three month subscription when I had a coupon code to use. It might cost £99 for the three months but if you have fallen in love with their creme balm and other products it is well worth it.  Each month you get to chose three different products to try (all full sized) meaning that for your £33 that month you are buying upto £125 of goods for your money, so upto £375 of goods for your £99. This month I chose: Plush Therapy Extraction Face Masque. This contains ingredients such as aloe vera to soothe the skin, kaolin clay to draw out imperfections as well as cocoa butter to moisturise the skin. It has a texture that is somewhere between a moisturiser and a mud mask and is applied to the face after toning for 30 to 45 minutes then washed off with lukewarm water. This has a price of £25 ...

Premae triumph moisturising creme balm

Image
I use a lot of skincare over a year and definitely have had a lot of highs and lows with my different moisturisers and this is a definite high for me even if it has adjusted my routine slightly as with Premae skincare you use the serum as your last step in your skincare routine. The packaging feels and looks rather luxe The inside is a plastic insert and this helps you to make sure yoou get every ml. This is a dry/ageing skin targeted rich textured moisturising creme balm which is vegan and cruelty free and is also from an allergen free brand. It has a base of three natural oils, these are the largest ingredients in the ingredients list, (frankincense, wild carrot and aloe vera leaf oils) and because of this there is a strong scent of frankiscence that is rather herbal in nature and I am not sure if I like the scent or not. The ingredients are great in terms of their functions with helping with skin health though and have the benefits below: Frankincense oil i...

Astrid and Miyu secret box March 2014

Image
I am completely in love my astrid & miyu ring that I received in my January notanotherbill package so when I saw that astrid & miyu had a quarterly subscription, their 'secret box', I couldn't resist as I found the ring classic and high quality and much prefer classic jewellery to the costume jewellery in most of the other jewellery subscription services.

Birchbox January 2014

Image
It's my first Birchbox of the year and I was really happy to receive it. The box is a plain box this month and very understated. Inside was the most beautiful pink paper I have seen for a while as well as a cheery yellow booklet and menu card. I really like the book over the cards as there is more information and I might do the 30 small changes along with Birchbox. Looking at my products I am quite excited. The conditioner is very large and the other products look luxurious. So what did I receive? Firstly I received 250ml of the TommyGuns Fig, Plum and marshmallow conditioner. This smells really nice and I can definitely smell the plum. I really look forward to using it. This retails at £5.50 in the Birchbox shop. Next is 30ml of the Noble Isle Willow Song Lavenham Walk Bath & Shower Gel. It smells very floral and will probably provide enough product for two baths. Worth about £2.40. Next is 20ml the Premae instant renewal moisturising Body Oil. I...

Empties 2nd December 2013

Image
Here are my seven most recent empties and my reviews of them. The first item is the Kind to skin purifying Cleansing Lotion by Simple. I really enjoyed using this as it was really gentle even around the eye area I got weeks of use from the 200ml of product in it and it was inexpensive from Amazon. I have loved it so much I have put it on subscribe to save at Amazon. Thank you Simple for this product as it doesn't cause allergies for me and does the job really well and isn't too heavy on my skin. My second item is the Q10 plus anti wrinkle Night Cream. This was great too as it sank right in with a neutral smell and it wasn't greasy. I will miss this but my product that is further done has sadly pushed them from my favourites list. This third product was one from one of my recent Glossyboxes and was a product that saved the box from being really crappy. It is the Premae skincare Harmony Moisturising Smoothie Serum and it is totally divine. It is all natural a...
